The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online series is back, and GGPoker and WSOP.com will once again play host to the action from August 14 to October 18.
Coming first is the international leg of the series which will run on GGPoker from August 14 – September 27, with a total of 33 gold bracelets up for grabs!
2022 WSOP Online on GGPoker – Main Highlights
The GGPoker schedule is once again headlined by the $5,000 WSOP Online Main Event which features a massive $20,000,000 guarantee. Players can enter via nine Day 1s which get underway on August 28.
Apart from the regular cash prize, there are other benefits and perks in store for the 2022 GGPoker WSOP Online Main Event champ, including a GGPlatinum Fish Buffet Status, Custom Avatar, Unique Affiliate Code, Team Champions Badge, and automatic entry into the Live WSOP Main Event, Live WSOP Europe Main Event, and GGPoker Online Series Main Event.
Other highlights in this year’s WSOP Online on GGPoker include an online version of the $1,000,000 Mystery Bounty which debuted in the 2022 live WSOP series in Las Vegas and saw Matt Glanz take home the $1 million jackpot. The $210 buy-in, $10M GTD tournament runs from August 8-22.
The schedule also includes a $5K 6-Handed NLH Championship (August 23), $10K Heads Up NLH Championship (August 27), $10K Super MILLION$ High Roller NLH (August 28), $5K Pot-Limit Omaha Championship (September 6), and $5K Short Deck Championship [3-Stack] (September 20).
The $1,500 buy-in, $5M GTD MILLIONAIRE MAKER also returns, alongside the $400, $3M GTD COLOSSUS. GGPoker tournaments, like the $100 buy-in, $1M GTD FLIP & Go NLH, and the $1,050 buy-in, $2M GTD WSOP GGMasters HR Freezeout NLH have also been added to the schedule.
Gift Box Promotion
Players competing in the upcoming series can win some extra prizes as part of GGPoker’s $1 Million Gift Box Promotion. To participate in the promo, you only need to play in any WSOP online event.
The top 1,500 people on the leaderboard will receive tickets to poker tournaments on a daily basis. Up to $22,000 worth of leaderboard prizes is on offer each day throughout the series.
