The focus of the poker community in June is mainly going to be on the 2022 World Series of Poker which is currently underway in Las Vegas, Nevada.
However, there is still a lot of online poker action taking place.
PokerStars, the biggest online poker room in the world is running its 50/50 Series from June 13 till June 30. The 50/50 series gets its name from the fact that the online poker giant will run 50 poker tournaments where the buy-in is fixed at $50. Poker players will have a crack at a combined prize pool of $7.5 million during the next two and a half weeks. This poker series will run from Monday to Thursday during this period.
The affordable $50 buy-in makes the 50/50 series available for most poker players and gives them a crack at a decent payout.
PokerStars will run a total of 5 tournaments every Monday, while four tournaments will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The bulk of the tournaments scheduled during the 50/50 series will be No-Limit Hold’em tournaments.
