There are a lot of people who cannot seem to keep their name out of the online poker news lately, and Jonathan Duhamel is most definitely one of them. He was originally in the news because his ex-girlfriend was the mastermind behind a home invasion that put him in the hospital and will most likely put three more behind bars. For now, that situation is under control but apparently Duhamel isn’t.This time around Martin Finger and Jonathan Duhamel got into a bit of a scuffle. Duhamel has not spoken publicly on the matter, but Fingers indirectly has. According to an AIM conversation involving Finger, Duhamel was very intoxicated and was simply irritating Finger. After some time, to his astonishment, Finger was thrown out of the club, but instead of departing he waited for him outside and when Duhamel came out, all hell broke loose. The only real information that exists if from Finger’s AIM and he claims that he popped Duhamel right in the face, but there is no real confirmation on these claims.Believing Finger’s story does not take much because it seems like his violent side comes out more often than nor after a night of drinking. At a European Poker Tour event in London Finger was arrested for breaking and entering into a food establishment. He was not robbing the place, he was simply hungry…and drunk of course. He was taken to jail after the money he had in his pocket was not enough to cover the cost of the door which he had broken down. The truth of the matter is that we may never know what actually happened at the PCA Player’s Party because Duhamel was one of the most intoxicated people at the party. All in all, no real harm was done and it just goes to show that not even wealthy adults are able to handle their liquor well.
